Sunrise Yoga in The Backyard with Inspire Yoga

Enjoy sunrise yoga with Inspire Yoga in The Backyard the last Sunday of each month.

Join us monthly for our outdoor SUNRISE YOGA series this summer in The Shops at Highland Village. This class is an all-levels feel good flow, open to yogis of all ages (children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult please). Bring your own mat or large towel. *Class will be canceled in rain or inclement weather – all pre-booked students will be notified in advance.

Class is offered as a discounted $20 drop-in per person for all non-members. Class is included in all Inspire Yoga memberships & class packages. If you’ve never been to Inspire Yoga before, you can select our New Client Intro Offer and enjoy more classes in our studio located across from Sip + Savor and above Compass Realty.
