Join us as we explore Plumpjack Estate Winery wines.

This four course pairing menu created to pair each wine perfectly with a menu created by Executive chef Tony Zamora.  The event is hosted by Jenn Sharrer, for $165 per person.

Menu includes:

Course One: Cade Sauvignon Blanc with a green salad with blue cheese

Course Two: Plumpjack Merlot with duck confit spring rolls

Course Three: Plumpjack Cabernet with Wagyu and Foie Gras Petite burger and fries

Course Four: Adaptation Petite Syrah with chocolate torte
