Course One:  S+S Manhattan with hazelnut infused High West Bourbon paired with a bourbon and cherry smoked quail.

Course Two: Campfire Old-Fashioned featuring Campfire High West Bourbon with marshmallow paired with pork belly carnitas mini tacos.

Course Three: Gin Cobbler with Botanist Gin and Cocci Americano paired with a late fall poached pear salad.

Course Four:  Sip and Dagger featuring Amaro Averna and Overproof Rum paired with a stone fruit and Amaro sabayon.
