Inspire Yoga-The Backyard Flow Class

Start your Labor Day with a FREE, rejuvenating yoga class with Inspire Yoga. Join us in The Backyard – the Shops at Highland Village’s newest outdoor gathering space. With comfortable turf, flowing water fountains, shade spots, and fresh air, this may just be your new favorite spot to soak up the sun salutations! This free event class is an all-levels feel good flow, open to yogis of all ages (children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult please). Pre-booking is required to attend. Please bring your own mat or large towel to move comfortably on the turf or concrete space. This class takes place outdoors at The Backyard in The Shops at Highland Village.
