This version of our Slow Flow is non-heated all-levels yoga class focused on deeply stretching the muscles and fully releasing the joints that can get stressed over time all while building strength, endurance, and knowledge. Seated and supine postures balance a heat-building standing series. Build strength, flexibility, and endurance of both the mind and body as you flow slow. Inspire’s Slow Flow is the perfect complement to everyday life.
