Inspire Yoga 4th of July Class

UNITED WE FLOW | a group yoga experience to bring our whole commUNITY TOGETHER this July 4th. Join us for an all levels yoga practice that sparks the spirit of community as we flow and breathe together. Pre-registration required online. This free event class is open to yogis of all ages (children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult please). Please bring your own mat or large towel to move comfortably on the turf or concrete space, water, and shades. This class takes place outdoors at The Backyard in The Shops at Highland Village. The Backyard is located in the heart of the Shops by Blue Goose and AMC Theater. Free parking everywhere nearby. Plan for your own sun protection – shade is limited.
