Upon registering for your ticket, you will receive your ticket and details via Eventbrite at the email you provide at the time of registration.

You will be able to customize your product purchased at The Shops at Highland Village with patches as part of a patch bar and participate in a bead bar to customize your new lunch box, backpack or handbag! Items best for patches include jackets, jeans, sweatshirts, hats and bags. Follow The Shops at Highland Village on Instagram for more inspiration leading up to the event!

Expect to wait up to 10 minutes for your item to be customized.

Accepted Answer

You will select a customization from a set of available options. Each guest is limited to a set number of customizations per item in order to ensure we can serve all ticketed guests.

No, not at this event but we encourage you to connect with our vendor for additional opportunities outside of this event!

What kinds of items can I bring to have customized? Are there any restrictions?

For the patch bar, we are limited to only adding patches to jackets, jeans/denim, sweatshirts, hats and bags. For the bead bar, you can design/make any customized charm. To ensure all ticketed guests can be served, each guest is limited to one item.

A large number of tenants offer products that can be customized. We encourage you to look at The Shops at Highland Village directory for specific details about each store.

Yes. Use it as an excuse to treat yourself to something new!

In addition to the customization stations, you can expect live country music, glitter tattoos, Trick Roping demonstrations and a cowgirl stilt walker!

No. You must pick up your item in person at The Shops at Highland Village during the event.

What happens to my item if I leave it with the vendor and do not pick it up?

Items left past the duration of the event will be donated to charity.
