Join us for the Cocktail Masters Class, an interactive tasting experience led by our dynamic bar duo, Zach Hensel and Matthew Enriquez. This hands-on cocktail journey is designed to entertain, educate, and elevate your appreciation for craft mixology—all while sipping some seriously good drinks. Each course features a distinct cocktail and flavor profile, with behind-the-bar insights from the mixologists who created them:

Course One – Sidecar A balanced blend of cognac, orange liqueur, and lemon juice—bright, smooth, and endlessly classic.

Course Two – Paper Plane An equal-parts cocktail with bourbon, Aperol, Amaro, and lemon. Bitter-forward and beautifully complex.

Course Three – Elevated Daiquiri (Presented by Zach Hensel) A fresh take on the daiquiri—sweet-forward, citrusy, and smooth with a modern flair.

Course Four – Custom Sour (Presented by Matthew Enriquez) A bold sour cocktail designed to wake up your palate and finish the evening with a punch of flavor.
